Level Gauge
A level gauge shows the level of fluid in a tank. This equipment is used for measuring the precise fluid level in tanks, boilers and hot water tanks. It enables users to know the exact amount of fluids to prevent tanks from overflowing or running empty.
There are different types of level gauges. They can be in contact or contactless with the fluid.
They can be used combined with level switch. On some models, we can install level switch and level transmitter over the gauge and control the process with systems such as PLC.
Magnetic level gauge is the most frequently used type of level gauge. Magnetic gauge has a two-side indicator with two colors, placed outside of the chamber in a vacuum glass pipe. In response to the movement of fluid, floater moves too and force magnetic indicator to move and change its color. The exact level of fluid is showed on the scale of the gauge.
