Position Transmitter
This instrument detects changes of the shaft’s mechanical position in a control valve or a similar instrument. Position transmitter detects this mechanical position in a span of 0 to 100 percent and convert it into an output DC signal of 4 TO 20 mA . This instrument acts in a linear function; zero percent position corresponds to 4 mA and 100 percent position corresponds to 20 mA.
